Karakteristik Hidrokimia Airtanah Kecamatan Serang Panjang, Dawuan dan Kalijati Kabupaten Subang Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract


Abstract. The existence of the East-West Baribis Fault from Subang Regency can be a control of groundwater flow because seen from the topography of Subang Regency from south to north it is decreasing which can be assumed as the direction of flow, namely from south to north, in the south of Subang Regency there is Ciater CAT which can be assumed as a supplier for the Subang CAT, this must be considered due to the Baribis Fault as a barrier between the two CAT, the control of structural geology on groundwater flow can be a barrier to the flow direction or can continue the flow direction. This can be approached by using the analysis of the characteristics of the physico-chemical properties of groundwater and by using statistical analysis. This study was carried out with the aim of knowing the hydrochemical characteristics of groundwater in the districts of Serang Panjang, Dawuan and Kaljati and to determine the effect of the presence of faults trending from east to west on groundwater flow. The results of the study indicate that the characteristics in the study area have two groundwater facies, namely CaMg-Cl and NaK-Cl. Both facies are influenced by the geological conditions of the study. Judging from the dominant anion, namely Cl, the groundwater flow in the study area has a regional flow. The existence of the barbaris fault as a water channel is proven from the similarity of the facies of all groundwater samples and from the evolution of groundwater in the study area. Based on the results of research and analysis of the 13 groundwater samples, 12 of them have the CaMg-Cl facies and only one groundwater sample has the NaK-Cl groundwater facies. The effect of the presence of the barbaris fault on groundwater flow, namely the distribution of water, is evidenced by its hydrochemical characteristics which have similarities between groundwater samples located in the north and south of the barybis fault then also proven by statistical analysis using the t-test which results in groundwater in the south and south. North of the Baribis Fault have similarities or are interconnected.

Abstrak. Keberadaan Sesar Baribis yang berarah timur – barat dari Kabupaten Subang dapat menjadi kontrol aliran airtanah dikarenakan dilihat dari topografi Kabupaten Subang dari arah selatan – utara semakin menurun yang dapat diasumsikan sebagai arah aliran mengalir yaitu dari selatan menuju utara, pada arah selatan Kabupaten Subang terdapat CAT Ciater yang dapat diasumsikan sebagai penyuplai untuk CAT Subang, hal ini harus diperhatikan dikarenakan adanya Sesar Baribis sebagai pembatas antara kedua CAT tersebut, kontrol dari geologi struktur terhadap aliran air tanah dapat berupa penghalang untuk arah aliran atau dapat meneruskan arah aliran. Hal ini dapat dilakukan pendekatan dengan menggunakan analisis karakteristik sifat fisik-kimia airtanah dan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik. Penelitian ini dilkaukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik hidrokimia airtanah yang berada di kecamatan Serang Panjang, Dawuan dan Kaljati serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari keberadaan sesar yang berarah dari timur ke barat terhadap aliran aitanah. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik di daerah penelitian memiliki dua fasies airtanah yaitu CaMg-Cl dan NaK-Cl. Kedua fasies tersebut dipengaruhi keadaan geologi penelitian. Dilihat dari anion dominan yaitu Cl maka aliran airtanah di daerah penelitian memiliki aliran regional. Keberadaan sesar baribis menjadi penyalur air dibuktikan dari kesamaan fasies dari keseluruhan sampel airtanah dan dari evolusi airtanah daerah penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis dari ke-13 sampel airtanah 12 diantaranya memiliki fasies CaMg-Cl dan hanya satu sampel airtanah yang memiliki fasies airtanah NaK-Cl. Pengaruh dari keberadaan sesar baribis terhadap aliran airtanah yaitu menyalurkan air dibuktikan dengan karakteristik hidrokimianya yang memiliki kesamaan antara sampel airtanah yang berada di utara dan selatan sesar baribis kemudian dibuktikan juga dengan analisis statistik dengan menggunakan uji t-test yang menghasilkan bahwa airtanah yang berada di Selatan dan Utara Sesar Baribis memiliki kesamaan atau saling berhubungan..
