Hubungan Perceived Organizational Support dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Affective Commitment sebagai Variabel Intervening pada PT. Telkom Witel Bandung Barat

Abstract


Abstract. This study aims to examine the relationship of Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Affective Commitment as intervening variable at PT. Telkom Witel Bandung Barat. The method used in this study is a descriptive and verification, using path analysis and using SPSS 20 version for calculation the data. A questionnaires were distributed to 61 employee of PT. Telkom Witel Bandung Barat using total sampling method. The result of this research is: 1) POS is categorized into very high category. 2) OCB is categorized into high category. 3) AF is categorized into very high category. 4) POS partially positive and significant toward OCB. 5) POS partially positive and significant toward AF 6) POS partially positive and significant toward OCB mediated by AF.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan Affective Commitment Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada PT. Telkom Witel Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) dan mengoperasikan perhitungan menggunakan software SPPS versi 20. Kuesioner disebarkan ke 61 karyawan PT. Telkom Witel Bandung Barat dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Tingkat POS pada PT. Telkom Witel Bandung Barat termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. 2) Tingkat OCB pada PT. Telkom Witel Bandung Barat masuk kategori tinggi. 3) Tingkat AF pada PT. Telkom Witel Bandung Barat masuk kategori sangat tinggi. 4) POS secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. 5) POS secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap AF. 6) POS secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB melalui AF.
