Pengaruh Transaksi Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Internet Banking dan Mobile Banking terhadap Fee Based Income

Abstract


Abstract. The long-term goal that should be achieved by the company is an increase in Fee Based Income which will be reflected in its stock market price because investor valuation of the company can be observed through the price movements of the company's shares transacted on the exchange for companies that have gone public. This study aims to determine the Effect of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Transactions, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking on Fee Based Income. This study uses descriptive methods with survey techniques in companies that present E-Banking transaction reports on official websites that have been overseen by the FSA with secondary analysis using quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study show the influence of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Transactions, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking on Fee Based Income partially or simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) variable has a significant influence in the opposite direction to Fee Based Income. And the variables of Internet Banking and Mobile Banking have a positive significant effect on Fee Based Income.

Abstrak. Tujuan jangka panjang yang seharusnya dicapai perusahaan yaitu peningkatan Fee Based Income yang akan tercermin dari harga pasar sahamnya karena penilaian investor terhadap perusahaan dapat diamati melalui pergerakan harga saham perusahaan yang ditransaksikan di bursa untuk perusahaan yang sudah go public. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Transaksi Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Internet Banking dan Mobile Banking Terhadap Fee Based Income. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik survei pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang memaparkan laporan transaksi E-Banking pada website resmi yang telah diawasi OJK dengan analisis sekunder menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya Pengaruh Transaksi Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Internet Banking dan Mobile Banking Terhadap Fee Based Income secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Automated Teller Machine (ATM) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan yang berlawanan arah terhadap Fee Based Income. Dan variabel Internet Banking dan Mobile Banking mempunyai pengaruh signifikan yang positif terhadap Fee Based Income.
