The research source is the primary data results from interviews with the proprietor of product yazl and secondary data from the associated book or journal. The data-gathering technique used was interviews and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that there is a discrepability between a down view according to islamic law anda positive law that applies to the practice of executing money on product yazl luggage.
