Pengaruh Efektivitas Produk Mitra Bp-Link Syariah Bumida terhadap Perlindungan Kegiatan Umkm di Pasar Cimindi Kota Cimahi

Abstract

Abstract. PT BumiputeraSyariah (BUMIDA) is one of the sharia insurance companies that is currently targeting insurance for both micro and medium scale entrepreneurs, especially in the Cimahi City and West Bandung Districts. One of the leading products of PT Bumiputera Syariah (BUMIDA) is BP-Partner's product Special link for the business sector. But in its implementation, from the description of the phenomena that occur, many of the insurance participants complained about the cover of insurance funds that could not cover the losses due to the disaster experienced. So that this resulted in insurance participants not being able to continue their business activities. In addition, the insurance claims service process at PT Bumiputera Syariah (BUMIDA) which was considered too complicated for participants was another problem for achieving the BP-Link Syariah Partner's product goals themselves. The purpose of this study was to find out the mechanism and provisions of BP-Link Syariah Partner products at Cimahi City Branch PT Bumida Syariah, to determine the level of welfare of UMKM entrepreneurs in Cimindi Market which became participants of BP-Link Syariah product partners PT Bumida Syariah Branch of Cimahi City, and to determine the effectiveness of the role of Cimahi City BP-Link Syariah Bumida Syariah Branch products on the welfare of UMKM business actors in Cimindi Market, Cimahi City. The research method used is statistics by examining the effect of the effectiveness of the role of Cimahi Branch BP-Link Syariah Bumida Syariah Branch products on the protection of MSME business actors in Cimindi Cimahi City Market and data analysis carried out through simple linear regression analysis by processing data using the SPSS series 20 program for window. The conclusions of this research are the products and provisions of BP-Link Syariah Partner products at PT Bumida Syariah, Cimahi City Branch, which are special insurance products for UMKM  players having a fairly complete SOP, the level of business development in the UMKM  sector for traders who follow BP-Partner products. The link is running well. There is an influence of the role of Cimahi Branch BP-Link Syariah Bumida Syariah Branch products on the welfare of UMKM business actors in Cimindi Market. Thus, it can be said that the role of the products of Mitra BP-Link Syariah Bumida Syariah Branch of Cimahi City has been effective.

Abstrak.PT Bumiputera Syariah (BUMIDA) adalah salah satu perusahaan asuransi syariah yang saat ini telah membidik asuransi bagi kalangan pengusaha baik skala mikro maupun menengah, khususnya di wilayah Kota Cimahi dan Kabupaten Bandung Barat.Salah satu produk unggulan PT BumiputeraSyariah (BUMIDA) adalah produk Mitra BP-Link khusus bagi sektor usaha. Namun pada pelaksanaannya, dari gambaran fenomena yang terjadi banyak diantara para peserta asuransi mengeluhkan peng-cover-an dana asuransi yang tidak dapat menutupi kerugian akibat musibah yang dialaminya. Sehingga  hal ini mengakibatkan para peserta asuransi tidak dapa tmelanjutkan kegiatan usahanya.Selain itu proses pelayanan klaim asuransi di PT Bumiputera Syariah (BUMIDA)yang dianggap terlalu berbelit bagi para peserta menjadi masalah lain bagi pencapain tujuan produk Mitra BP-Link Syariah itu sendiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah statistik dengan meneliti  pengaruh efektivitas peran produk Mitra BP-Link Syariah Bumida Syariah Cabang Kota Cimahi terhadap perlindungan pelaku usaha UMKM di Pasar Cimindi Kota Cimahi serta analisa data dilakukan melalui perhitungan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS seri 20 for window. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Mekanisme dan ketentuan produk Mitra BP-Link Syariah di PT Bumida Syariah Cabang Kota Cimahi merupakan produk asuransi yang khusus bagi pelaku UMKM memiliki SOP yang cukup lengkap, tingkat perkembangan usaha di sektor UMKM bagi para pedagang yang mengikuti produk Mitra BP-Link sudah berjalan dengan baik. Terdapat pengaruh peran produk Mitra BP-Link Syariah Bumida Syariah Cabang Kota Cimahi terhadap kesejahteraan pelaku usaha UMKM di Pasar Cimindi. Dengan demikian, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa peran produk Mitra BP-Link Syariah Bumida Syariah Cabang Kota Cimahi sudah efektif.
