A Juridical Perspektive af a Cooperative Agreement to Operate Restaurant Business A for The Uniformity of Flavors Linked to Typical Business and General Food Franchise Agreements
Abstract
The background of this research is based on first of all by, the use of type of cooperative agreement on franchise business. Whereas regarding the franchise agreement is already regulated by the laws and regulations in Article 4 of Government Regulation no. 42 of 2007 on franchising. That the franchise is held under a written agreement between the Franchisor, which is basically a franchise agreement are one aspect of legal protection that regulates all forms of activities related to franchising. The second background is about setting uniformity of flavors in the cooperation agreement since a franchise requires a uniformity of flavors. This study aims to determine how the essence of the use of the type of cooperation agreement on a franchise business by looking at the characteristics of the franchise agreement and knowing how the parties regulate the uniformity of flavors on the agreement itself.
