Abstract

Abstract: Intracerebral hemorrhage caused massive bleeding damaging surrounding brain tissue, enter and clog the ventricular system and cause increased intracranial pressure. Hypertension can increase the risk of intracerebral hemorrhage 3 -5 times. CT Scan is still a routine examination in patients with ICH because it can diagnose, measure the volume estimates and can determine the likely prognosis of the future looks like. The purpose of this study to analyze the correlation between the volume of bleeding with blood pressure in stroke patients with ICH. Conducted a retrospective observational analytic research with cross sectional study design (cross-sectional) is to determine the correlation between the volume of bleeding with blood pressure in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage stroke at Al Ihsan Hospital Bandung Neurology Department period January to December 2015. The data used is secondary data , taken from the patient medical record data, the population of the study all patients with intracerebral haemorrhage stroke who were treated at the Al Ihsan Hospital Neurology Department period from January toDecember 2015. A study of 48 patients who entered PIS inclusion and exclusion criteria. Correlation test results there is no significant relationship between the volume of bleeding with blood pressure level II both systolic pressure ( p = 0.988) and diastolic ( p = 0.182). There was no relationship between the volume of bleeding with blood pressure III degree either systolic pressure ( p = 0.862) and diastolic blood pressure ( p = 0.232). There is no correlation between the volume of bleeding with Systolic Pressure in Hypertension Isolated Systole ( p = 0.165). Correlation between the volume of bleeding with Diastolic Pressure in Hypertension Isolated Systole ( p = 0.044 ). Conclusion:There is no significant correlation between the blood pressure with bleeding volume in intracerebral hemorrhage patient.
