Pengaruh Diversifikasi Korporat, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Struktur Modal terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate diversification, firm size and capital structure on company performance. In this research, company performance is measured by using Economic Value Added (EVA). The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with correlational approach and by using multiple linear regression test analysis. In this study, the research population is food and beverage sub-sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during periode 2011-2015 with target population of 10 companies with a span of 5 years, so that obtained 50 observations. The object of research in this research is corporate diversification, firm size and capital structure as independent variable and company performance as dependent variable. The results of research, corporate diversification doesn’t effect the company's performance, firm size effect the company's performance and capital structure doesn’t effect the company's performance.
