Sampling is done by proportional stratified random sampling technique with chi-square.The number of samples taken in this study are 154 students consisting of 91 of first grade students and 63 fourth grade students. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the proportion of knowledge levels between first and fourth grade with P value = 0.00 but in stigma level studies showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the stigma level proportion between first and fourth grade of medical faculty students of UNISBA with P value = 0,25. Conclution of this research is there was significance differences in  level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS where the fourth grade students has higher average value.
