Monitoring Kasus Poisson Multivariat Menggunakan Diagram D-Exponentially Weighted Moving Average

Abstract


Abstract. Multivariate Poisson control chart is a graph that shows a simultaneous observation for data with a Poisson distribution with more than one observation variable. The application of the D-Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (D-EWMA) chart was used on the GaN-epitaxial layer defect data in the LED industry which is divided into three types of defects, that is particles, micropits and microcracks. From this research, it is found that the GaN-epitaxial defect data for the control chart phase I has reached a stable process so control limits are reused for monitoring process on the control chart phase II. The control chart phase II shows if the points between control limits that giving an indication of the controlled process.

Abstrak. Diagram kendali Poisson multivariat adalah grafik yang menunjukan suatu pengamatan secara bersamaan untuk data yang berdistribusi Poisson dengan variabel pengamatan lebih dari satu variabel. Penerapan diagram D-Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (D-EWMA) dilakukan pada data kecacatan lapisan GaN-epitaxial dalam industri LED yang dibagi menjadi tiga tipe kecacatan yaitu particles, micropits dan microcracks. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa data kecacatan GaN-epitaxial untuk diagram kendali fase I telah mencapai proses stabil sehingga batas-batas kendali digunakan kembali untuk proses monitoring pada diagram kendali fase II. Diagram kendali fase II menunjukan titik-titik berada dalam batas kendali sehingga memberi indikasi proses terkendali.
