Abstract

Environment problem is one of problems influence human’s life. Environment problem is considered as the result of maladaptive human. As the time pass there are many programs support to overcome environment problems. The latest research show that educated people are more aware of the quality of their environment than uneducated people. Unisba is an institution supports the long-lasting environment. However, the institution cannot just make the students aware of their environment. Some are apathetic and some are too concern to their environment, the objective of this study is to determine influential determinant to proenvironment performers intention on students of UNISBA. The method used is comparative causal. The data analysis technique used is double regression analysis. The sample is obtained using sampling non-probability with incidental technique. The data collection intrument used is a questionnaire about  Attitude toward Behavior, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavior Control and intention in accordance with the theory of Icek Ajzen. The calculation result shows that there is 44% of respondents have a strong intention to do proenvironment. 63% of intention determinant can be explained by ATB, SN, dan PBC as the predictors; and the rest 37%  is explained by other factors outside the intention. The strenght and weakness of the intention is influenced by ATB about 0,347 ; SN 0,056 ; PBC 0,334. From the calcaulation it can be concluded that the most influential determinant is Attitude toward Behavior regression coefficient of 0,347, it means that students attitude to proenvironment  behaviour is the dominant factor that influence the intention of the performers to do proenvironment.
