Pengaruh Hubungan Anak Dan Pengasuh Terhadap Subective Well Being Anak Panti Asuhan
Abstract
Abstract. This research aims to explain the relationship of children and caregiver on the SWB of children in orphanage. Respondents in this research were children aged 10 to 18 years, totaling 322 children from 22 orphanages. Total female respondents in this study amounted to (59.6%) and boys (40.4%). This research is quantitative with causality design, Measuring instrument in this study is a measuring instrument made by Children's Worlds or CW-SWBS. The results in this study that there is a significant influence between the relationship of the child and the caregiver to the child's SWB, but the influence has a low effect on SWB. The relationship between the child and the caregiver as a whole has a good quality relationship. Caregivers tend to pay attention to foster children and listen to their opinions. In total 6 items measured overall had more effect on children of a younger age.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mengenai pengaruh hubungan anak dan pengasuh terhadap Panti Asuhan Anak Panti Asuhan SWB. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah anak umur 10 hingga 18 tahun, menemukan 322 anak dari 22 panti asuhan. Jumlah responden perempuan pada penelitian ini ditemukan (59,6%) dan anak laki-laki yang ditemukan (40,4%). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas, Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur yang dibuat oleh Children's Worlds yaitu CW-SWBS. Hasil dalam penelitian ini Bahwa adanya pengaruh yang cukup signifikan antara hubungan anak dan pengasuh terhadap SWB anak, namun pengaruh tersebut memiliki efek yang rendah terhadap SWB. Hubungan antara anak dengan pengasuh secara keseluruhan memiliki kualitas hubungan yang baik. Pengasuh memperhatikan anak-anak asuh dan mendengarkan pendapat mereka. Pada total 6 item yang diukur secara keseluruhan lebih berpengaruh pada anak-anak dengan usia yang lebih muda.
