Studi Kontribusi Religiusitas Terhadap Work Engagement Pada Guru SD, SMP, dan SMA - Study Of The Contribution Of Religiosity To Work Engagement For Elementary, Middle, And High School Teachers
Abstract
Abstract. Religiosity is considered to be the main predictor of behavior, including at work. Work engagement is a positive work behavior that can provide many benefits for organizational results. Previous research found a positive influence of religiosity on work engagement. The purpose of this study was to examine how strong the contribution of religiosity to work engagement in teachers was. The research design used in this study is a contribution study, the population of this research is elementary, middle and high school teachers so that it uses a stratified random sampling method with a sample of 43 teachers. The analytical technique used in this study is a simple linear regression test. The measuring instrument used is The Centrality of Religious Interreligious Scale (CRSi) from Huber & Huber (2012) which has been adapted by researchers, and the Indonesian version of the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) from Schaufeli and Bakker (2003). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on work engagement with a contribution of 44.5% to teachers.

Abstrak. Religiusitas dianggap dapat menjadi prediktor utama dalam bertingkah laku, termasuk dalam bekerja. Work engagementmerupakan suatu perilaku kerja positif yang dapat memberikan banyak manfaat bagi hasil organisasi. Penelitian terdahulu mendapati adanya pengaruh positif dari religiusitas terhadap work engagement. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji seberapa kuat kontribusi religiusitas terhadap work engagement pada Guru. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kontribusi, populasi penelitian ini adalah guru SD, SMP dan SMA sehingga menggunakan metode sampling stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 43 Guru. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear sederhana. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah The Centrality of Religiosity Scale Interreligious (CRSi) dari Huber & Huber (2012) yang telah diadaptasi oleh peneliti, dan alat ukur Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) versi Indonesia dari Schaufeli dan Bakker (2003). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan religiusitas terhadap work engagement dengan kontribusi sekuat 44,5% pada Guru.Â
