Studi Kontribusi Stres Kerja terhadap Agresivitas Anggota Satpol PP Kota X
Abstract
Abstract. Aggressive behavior carried out to harm, harm and hurt others (Buss & Perry, 1992). The aggression that occurs is caused by the stress they feel at work, the inability of Satpol PP members to solve their work problems makes them stressful and has an impact on aggressive behavior. This study aims to see the magnitude of the influence of work stress on aggressive behavior of Satpol PP members at work. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques. The sample used is all members of the Satpol PP Public Order Section 102 people. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a significant effect of 47.1% (R = 0.686, R2 = 0.471). All aspects of work stress have a different and significant effect, aspects of Organizational Constraints (0.001 <0.05) with stress contribution β = 0.344 to aggressiveness, Workload aspects (0.005 <0.05) with stress contribution β = 0.282 to aggressiveness, and The last aspect of Interpersonal Conflict (0.011 <0.05) with the contribution of work stress β = 0.211 to aggressiveness.

Abstrak. Agresivitas merupakan suatu perilaku yang dilakukan untuk mengancam, membahayakan dan menyakiti orang lain (Buss & Perry, 1992). Agresi yang terjadi disebabkan oleh stres yang dirasakan saat bekerja, ketidakmampuan anggota Satpol PP untuk mengatasi tuntutan pekerjaanya membuat mereka menjadi stres dan berdampak pada munculnya perilaku agresivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh stres kerja terhadap perilaku agresivitas anggota Satpol PP ketika bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh anggota Satpol PP divisi ketertiban umum berjumlah 102 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar dan signifikan sebesar 47.1% (R= .686 , R2 =0.471). Seluruh aspek stres kerja memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda-beda dan signifikan, aspek Organizational Constraint (0.001<0.05) dengan kontribusi stres kerja sebesar β=0.344 terhadap agresivitas , aspek Workload (0.005<0.05) dengan kontribusi stres kerja sebesar β=0.282 terhadap agresivitas, dan terakhir aspek Interpersonal Conflict (0.011<0.05) dengan kontribusi stres kerja sebesar β=0.211 terhadap agresivitas.
