Pengaruh Determinan Intensi terhadap Intensi Kecurangan Akademik pada Siswa Kelas Unggulan Sma X Bandung

Abstract


Abstract. Academic cheating is intentionally giving or receiving help dishonestly and violating ethics in academic situation by deceiving to get a good grade. In concrete, the behaviour could be cheating, copying assignments and  laboratory reports, or helping friends for cheating. It could also happen to  students who are considered to   have high cognitive capability in Superior Class. The purpose of this study is to determine influence  of intention determinant on academic cheating in Superior Class of a High School in Bandung. The instrument was a questionaire based on Theory of Planned Behavior from Ajzen. The samples were 115 of superior class  by cluster random sampling. Data analysed by    regression test. The results is the highest influence   is from   Perceived Behavior Control determinant 0,630,  then Attitude Toward Behavior 0,472 and Subjective Norms 0,258.

Abstrak. Kecurangan akademik adalah dengan sengaja memberikan ataupun menerima bantuan secara tidak jujur dan menyalahi etika dalam situasi akademik seperti mengecoh ataupun menipu pengajar dengan tujuan mendapatkan nilai yang baik. Tingkah laku secara konkrit adalah menyalin tugas teman, mengganti hasil laporan lab dan membantu teman dalam melakukan kecurangan akademik. Hal ini juga terjadi pada siswa kelas unggulan yang dianggap mampu dan memiliki kelebihan secara kogntif, tetapi siswa masih tetap melakukan kecurangan akademik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh determinan intensi terhadap intensi kecurangan akademik pada siswa kelas unggulan SMA X Bandung. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah alat ukur yang dibuat sendiri diturunkan dari Theory of Planned Behavior dari Ajzen. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 115, dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Uji statistik yang digunakan dengan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh  terbesar adalah determinan Perceived Behavior Control  0,630, kemudian  Attitude Toward Behavior 0,472 dan Subjective Norms 0,258.
