Studi Deskriptif Readiness For Change pada Karyawan Perusahaan Manufaktur di PT. “X†Bandung
Abstract
Abstract. Change in an organization is common. Likewise, the company PT "X" Kota Bandung regarding the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 certification requires company members to make changes in several ways. The application of ISO 9001: 2015 certification needs to be supported by the readiness of its employees but the attitude displayed by the employees of PT "X" is not the case. Therefore this study aims to determine empirically the phenomenon of readiness of the employees of PT "X" Bandung City in dealing with the application of ISO 9001: 2015 certification. This study uses the Individual Readiness For Change Theory from Daniel T. Holt (2007). The research method used is descriptive study. The measuring instrument used was IRFC Scale from Holt (2007) as many as 23 items that have been translated and modified according to conditions in the field with the results of the validity of 0.351 - 0.955 and a reliability score of 0.978. Respondents from this study amounted to 31 employees who are a population of employees of PT "X" Kota Bandung. Based on the results of statistical processing, it was found that 42% of employees had high RFC levels, while 58% of employees had low RFC levels. This indicates that most employees are not ready to implement ISO 9001: 2015 certification. Low RFC employees are found in aspects of appropriateness, management support, and change efficacy. RFC employees are high on the aspect of personal valence.

Abstrak. Perubahan dalam suatu organisasi lazim terjadi. Demikian juga yang dilakukan perusahaan PT “X†Kota Bandung mengenai penerapan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 menuntut anggota perusahaan untuk melakukan perubahan dalam beberapa hal. Penerapan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 ini perlu didukung oleh kesiapan (readiness) dari para karyawannya akan tetapi sikap yang ditunjukkan karyawan PT “X†ini tidak demikian. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik fenomena kesiapan (readiness) karyawan PT “X†Kota Bandung dalam menghadapi penerapan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Individual Readiness For Change dari Daniel T. Holt (2007). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah IRFC Scale dari Holt (2007) sebanyak 23 item yang telah diterjemahkan dan dimodifikasi sesuai kondisi di lapangan dengan hasil validitas 0,351 – 0,955 dan skor reliabilitas 0,978. Responden dari penelitian ini berjumlah 31 karyawan yang merupakan populasi dari karyawan PT “X†Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan statistik, didapatkan hasil sebesar 42% karyawan memiliki tingkat RFC tinggi, sedangkan terdapat 58% karyawan yang memiliki tingkat RFC rendah. Hal ini menandakan kebanyakan karyawan belum siap melakukan penerapan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015. Karyawan yang RFC rendah terdapat pada aspek appropriateness, management support, dan change efficacy. Karyawan yang RFC tinggi pada aspek personal valence.
