Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi pada Perilaku Inovatif Karyawan Infobdg di Bandung
Abstract
Abstract. Many media companies have sprung up with online digital media as a marketing medium. This makes competition for similar media companies high. West & Anderson (1996) said to be able to survive in the face of competition, companies and organizations must be able to adapt to innovations that stem from innovative behavior. Infobdg is one of the media companies in the field of advertising services which until now is still known by many people in and outside of Bandung with innovations that have been produced, until 2015 Infobdg has been named the biggest "one stop social & digital media" in Bandung. Patterson, et., al. (2009) stated that organizational climate supports new ideas. The number of Infobdg employees is 22 people. The purpose of this study is to see how much contribution is given from variable X (organizational climate) to variable Y (innovative behavior). This research uses causality method. By using simple linear regression analysis techniques obtained by the acquisition of the coefficient of determination test results (R Square) of 0.796, meaning that the organizational climate contributes to innovative behavior by 79.6%, the remaining 20.4% innovative behavior influenced by variables not included in the study.
