Hubungan Antara Subjective Well-Being dengan Komitmen Organisasi pada Guru SD Negeri Putraco Indah Bandung

Abstract


Abstrak. SD Negeri Putraco Indah Bandung merupakan salah satu sekolah inklusi di Bandung yang memiliki jumlah SBK lebih banyak dibandingkan siswa regulernya. Dalam sekolah tersebut hanya memiliki 10 orang guru yang sebagian besar bukan berlatar belakang dari Pendidikan Guru Luar Biasa (PGLB), sehingga pengetahuan dalam menangani SBK pun minim. Namun, dengan beban kerja yang cukup berat tersebut sebagian besar guru di SD Negeri Putraco Indah Bandung menunjukkan afek positif dan puas dengan hidup mereka saat ini sebagai guru. Sehingga mereka tetap bertahan untuk mengajar atau bekerja di sekolah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat keeratan hubungan antara subjective well-being dengan komitmen organisasi pada guru SD Negeri Putraco Indah Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian korelasional dengan populasi sebanyak 10 orang guru di SD Negeri Putraco Indah Bandung. Alat ukur subjective well-being adalah SPANE (Diener, 2009), dan SWLS (Diener, 1985), sedangkan komitmen organisasi menggunakan alat ukur yang diadaptasi oleh (Ingarianti, 2014) berdasarkan teori Steers & Porter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat korelasi yang tinggi sekali (r=0,823) antara subjective well-being dengan komitmen organisasi. (2) Sebanyak 7 orang guru (70%) berada pada tingkat subjective well-being dan komitmen organisasi yang tinggi.

Abstract. Public Primary School Putraco Indah Bandung is one of a school of inclusions in Bandung that possesses the student with special needs more than students in a regular course.In the school have only 10 teachers who most not with the back of teacher training remarkable, so that knowledge in handling student with special needs is minimal.But, with the workloads enough those heavy majority of teachers in public primary schools Putraco Indah Bandung show affect positive and satisfied with their lives now as a teacher.And they will survive to teach or work at the school.The purpose of this research is to see of closeness between subjective well-being with a commitment organization on for Primary Public School teachers Putraco Indah Bandung.Research methodology used is the method of correlational research with a population of as many as 10 teachers in Public Primary Schools Putraco Indah Bandung.A measuring instrument subjective well-being is SPANE (Diener, 2009), and SWLS (Diener, 1985), While the organizatiom commitment of the use of a measuring instrument that adapt by (Ingarianti , 2014) according to the theory of Steers & Porter.The research results show: (1) There is strong correlation is like a very high (r=0,823) between subjective well-being with a organization commitment .(2) As many as 7 teachers (70%) be on a high level subjective well-being and organization commitment
