Studi Deskriptif Mengenai Psychological Well-being pada Anggota Karisma
Abstract
Abstract. Karisma is Non Formal Organizations of Teenager’s Education which under the auspices of the Yayasan Pembina Masjid Salman ITB. Karisma have 2 kind of membership one of them it’s coming from the Student of University. Before Student of Universitys become Membership of Karisma, they must follow selection stages, after Student of Universitys follow this stage, they called as Membership of Karisma. Membershipship of Karisma are joined, they feel happy, anxious, fear. In fact some people feel shock when they accepted as membership. Membership of Karisma interest teenagers behavior study, they want organizations and social knowledge. Membership of Karisma feel Experience in Karisma very important, because they can implementation their knowledge, finding self-potential, reach for the knowledge, new friendship who trust even though different background and they can plan their career according to passion and life vision. The purpose this research knowing about Psychological Well-being in Membership of Karisma with using Theory from Ryff, 1989. This Research using quantitative approach with sample as many as 74 people. The measure using Ryff’s Psychological Well-being Scale (RPWBS). The result that membership of Karisma have high Psychological Well-being as many as 75.68 % and 24.32 % have low Psychological Well-being.

Abstrak. Karisma adalah organisasi pembinaan remaja non formal yang berkedudukan dibawah Yayasan Pembina Masjid Salman ITB. Karisma memiliki 2 jenis keanggotaan salah satunya yang berasal dari Mahasiswa/i. Sebelum mahasiswa/I menjadi anggota Karisma, mereka harus mengikuti tahapan kaderisasi, setelah mereka mengikuti tahapan tersebut mereka dapat dikatakan sebagai anggota Karisma. Anggota Karisma yang berhasil masuk merasa senang, cemas, ragu dan takut bahkan beberapa dari mereka merasa tidak menyangka bahwa mereka dapat diterima. Anggota Karisma yang bergabung tertarik mempelajari perilaku remaja, ingin mendapatkan ilmu keorganisasian maupun ilmu sosialnya. Anggota Karisma merasa pengalaman yang didapatkan di Karisma penting dan berharga, karena mereka dapat mengimplementasikan ilmunya, menemukan potensi, mendapatkan pembelajaran baru, teman-teman baru yang saling percaya meskipun berbeda latar belakang dan dapat merencanakan karir yang sesuai dengan minat dan visi hidup. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran Psychological Well-being pada anggota Karisma dengan menggunakan teori dari Ryff tahun 1989. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 74 orang. Alat ukur menggunakan Ryff’s Psychological Well-being Scale (RPWBS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa anggota Karisma memiliki Psychological Well-being yang tinggi sebanyak 75.68 % dan sebanyak 24.32 % memiliki Psychological Well-being yang rendah.
