Perancangan Pit Triwulan ke III Tahun 2019 sesuai Armada yang Tersedia pada Lokasi Penambangan Coal PT Tempirai Energy Resources Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

Abstract


Abstract. PT Tempirai Energy Resources located in the intersection of Tungkal sub-district, Musi Banyuasin district, Province South Sumatera, applies Strip mining system, surface mining method quarterly target production overburden 3,180,000 BCM and Coal 600,000 tons. The purpose of this study is the sequence mining short-term (Quarterly) based on available fleet in mining targets. Production one month 1,060,000 BCM overburden and 200,000 Tons Coal. This is background of the authors doing research. The mining sequence in this study uses minescape software by making mining blocks (50x100)m2  in mining sheduling using software xpac.         . Sequence July overburden 1,090,234 BCM/Month and Coal 259,920 Ton/Month stripping ratio of 5.45:1BCM/Ton. August sequence overburden production 1,026,611 BCM/Month and 242,127 Ton/Month Coal stripping ratio 5.13:1 BCM/Ton and September overburden production 1,013,416 BCM/Month and 259,434 Ton/Months Coal stripping ratio 5.07:1 BCM/Ton . Fleets planned on the quarterly schedule Coal production 2 Fleet PC 300 with 4 Mercy and 2 Fleet PC 300 with 4 Scania for Coal. Overburden production is 3 Fleet PC 400 with 11 Mercy and 3 Fleet PC 400 with 12 Scania and 3 Fleet PC 400c with 12 Mercy and 3 Fleet PC 400c with 12 Scania, 1 Fleet PC 750 with 4 HD465.

PT Tempirai Energy Resources berlokasi di Kecamatan Simpang Tungkal, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan menerapkan sistem penambangan Strip Mining metoda tambang terbuka target produksi triwulan overburden  3.180.000 BCM dan Coal 600.000 Ton. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yakni merancang sequence penambangan short term (Triwulan) berdasarkan armada yang tersedia agar mencapai target produksi. Target produksi satu Bulan 1.060.000 BCM overburden dan Coal 200.000 Ton, hal ini yang menjadi latar belakang penulis melakukan penelitian.  Sequence penambangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan software minescape dengan pembuatan block penambangan (50x100)m2 shceduling penambangannya menggunkan Software Xpac. Sequence Bulan Juli overburden 1.090.234 BCM/Bulan dan Coal 259.920 Ton/Bulan nisbah pengupasan 5,45:1 BCM/Ton. Sequence Bulan Agustus produksi overburden 1.026.611 BCM/Bulan dan 242.127 Ton/Bulan Coal nilai nisbah pengupasan 5,13 :1 BCM/Ton dan Bulan September produksi overburden 1.013.416 BCM/Bulan dan 259.434 Ton/Bulan Coal nisbah pengupasan 5,07:1 BCM/Ton. Fleet yang direncanakan untuk produksi setiap Bulan 2 Fleet PC 300 dengan 4 Mercy dan 2 Fleet PC 300 dengan 4 Scania untuk Coal serta 3 Fleet PC 400 dengan 11 Mercy dan 3 Fleet PC 400 dengan 12 Scania serta 3 Fleet PC 400c dengan 12 Mercy dan 3 Fleet PC 400c dengan 12 Scania,1 Fleet PC 750 dengan 4 HD465 overburden.
