Penjadwalan Produksi dan Pentahapan Tambang Bijih Bauksit di Blok 7 PT Sandai Inti Jaya Tambang (SIJT) Desa Sandai Kiri Kecamatan Sandai Kabupaten Ketapang Provinsi Kalimantan Barat

Abstract


Abstract. PT Sandai Inti Jaya Tambang (PT SIJT) as a national private company in the field of bauxite ore mining which has an area of Production Operation Mining Business Permit covering 19,280 Ha, operates in Sandai Kiri Village, Sandai District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. In carrying out mining activities, the company plans to conduct new mining in the block 7 area. In this regard, it is necessary to schedule production and mine phasing in that location. The cut-off grade values used in the study were: aluminum (Al2O3) high grade (up to 49%), medium grade (45-49%) and low grade (under 45%), and economic stripping ratio of company 1: 3.63 tons waste / ton ore. Based on this result the mining pit limit limits in the form of minimum levels of mined Al2O3 > 38%, mine openings with an area of 81.89 Ha, and a total mining depth of ± 8 meters, at each mining level from elevation 84 - 24 mdpl. While the overall stripping ratio is 1.85 tons of waste / ton ore. The design of the mine haul road geometry uses the width on a straight road 7 meters and the width at a bend 17.02 meters with a maximum slope on the road 8%. The final design of the mine uses a single slope with a height of 6 meters and a slope of 600 with the limitation of the parameters determining other pits to produce proven mineral reserves, namely 1,934,087.53 tons of washed bauxite, average levels of Al2O3 45,16% and SiO2 17,08% and concretion factor of 52.31%. Mine production dan phasing scheduling was obtaine 12 months with the planned mining commencing in January – December 2019 with thr total bauxite ore to be mined 3.332.723.96 tons of cude bauxite and waste 7.074.705 tons.

Abstrak. PT Sandai Inti Jaya Tambang (PT SIJT) sebagai perusahaan swasta nasional dalam bidang tambang bijih bauksit yang memiliki luas Izin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi seluas 19.280 Ha, beroperasi di Desa Sandai Kiri, Kecamatan Sandai, Kabupaten Ketapang, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan penambangan, perusahaan tersebut berencana melakukan penambangan baru pada wilayah blok 7. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut perlu dilakukan penjadwalan produksi dan pentahapan tambang pada lokasi tersebut. Nilai cut off grade yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu: aluminum (Al2O3) high grade (up 49%), medium grade (45-49%) dan low grade (under 45%), serta stripping ratio ekonomis perusahaan 1:3,63 ton waste/ton ore. Berdasarkan hal tersebut menghasilkan batasan pit limit penambangan berupa kadar minimum Al2O3 yang ditambang > 38 %, bukaan tambang dengan luas 81,89 Ha, dan total kedalaman penambangan ±8 meter, dalam setiap level penambangan dari elevasi 84 – 24 mdpl. Sedangkan overalll stripping ratio yang di dapatkan yaitu 1,96 ton waste/ton ore. Perancangan geometri jalan angkut tambang menggunakan lebar pada jalan lurus adalah 7 meter dan lebar pada tikungan 17,02 meter dengan kemiringan maksimum pada jalan 8 %. Design akhir tambang menggunakan lereng tunggal dengan tinggi 6 meter dan kemiringan 600 dengan batasan parameter penentuan pit lainnya menghasilkan cadangan terbukti yaitu 1.934,087,53 ton bauksit tercuci (washed bauxite) kadar rata-rata Al2O3 45,16 % dan SiO2 17,08 % dan faktor konkresi 52,31 %.   Penjadwalan produksi dan pentahapan tambang didapatkan 12 bulan dengan rencana penambangan dimulai pada bulan Januari – Desember 2019 dengan total bijih bauksit yang akan ditambang 3.332.723,96 ton bauksit kotor (crude bauxite), dan waste 7.074.705 ton.
