Optimalisasi Fleet Management dalam Produksi Hauling Batubara di PT Muara Alam Sejahtera Kecamatan Merapi Barat, Kabupaten Lahat, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

Abstract


Abstract. Coal transportation activities at PT. Muara Alam Sejahtera is carried out from the company's stockpile / MRP (Merapi) towards the Sukacinta (SCT) station stockpile with a distance of ± 8.6 km and travel time of ± 55 minutes. Production is targeted at 12,000 / day, but often the hauling production target is not achieved which can cause coal to accumulate for a long time in the company's stockpile. So that it requires optimization of fleet management in hauling activities. Unit for coal transportation consist of 2 Excavator  Komatsu PC 300, 2 Caterpillar WL 966H Wheel Loader, 1 Caterpillar 330D2L Excavator unit and 40 haul Hino 220 PS / 260TI Dump Truck and Komatsu D85R Bulldozer. The actual fleet of coal transportation consists of 2 units of PC 300 Komatsu Excavators, 1 unit of Caterpillar WL 966H, and 37 units of Hino Dump Truck 220 PS / 260 TI. The actual productivity of the equipment is available for PC 300 Excavators of 297.08 tons / hour, Caterpillar 330D2L Excavators of 389,78 tons / hour, for Caterpillar 966 H Wheel Loaders of 511,47 tons / hour and Hino 220 PS / 260 TI Dump Truck for 30.50 ton / hour. The production target is 12,000 tons / day, and the actual daily production only reaches 6,404.07 tons / day. Efforts are made to increase production by combining loading equipment with optimal results, namely by using 2 966H Wheel Loaders, 1 CAT330D2L Excavator, and 46 Dump Trucks with a production of 7,961 tons / day in 6 hours. For the results of the queuing theory, the optimal results are using 2 Komatsu PC 300 Excavators, 1 966H Wheel Loader, and 56 conveyances with a total production of 12,269 tons / day with a productive time of 8 hours. After being optimized, fleet achieved its production targets, namely 1 units of Wheel Loaders Caterpillar 966H, 2 unit of Komatsu Excavator PC 300 and 56 units of 220PS / 260TI Hino Dump Truck with total production of 12,269 tons / day.

Abstrak. Kegiatan pengangkutan batubara di PT. Muara Alam Sejahtera dilakukan dari stockpile perusahaan/MRP ( Merapi ) menuju stockpile stasiun Sukacinta (SCT) dengan jarak tempuh ±8,6 km dan waktu tempuh ±55 menit. Produksi yang ditargetkan 12.000/hari, namun seringkali target produksi hauling tidak tercapai yang dapat menyebabkan batubara tertimbun lama di stockpile perusahaan. Sehingga dibutuhkan optimalisasi fleet management pada kegiatan hauling. Alat yang tersedia untuk pengangkutan batubara terdiri dari 2 alat muat Excavator Komatsu PC 300, 2 alat muat Wheel Loader Caterpillar WL 966H, 1 unit Excavator Caterpillar  330D2L dan alat angkut sebanyak 40 unit Dump Truck Hino 220 PS/260TI serta Bulldozer Komatsu D85R. Fleet aktual pengangkutan batubara terdiri 2 unit Excavator Komatsu PC 300, 1 unit Caterpillar WL 966H, dan alat angkut sebanyak 37 unit  Dump Truck Hino 220 PS/260 TI. Produktivitas aktual dari alat tersedia yaitu untuk Excavator PC 300 sebesar 297,08 ton/jam, Excavator Caterpillar 330D2L sebesar 389,78 ton/jam, untuk Wheel Loader Caterpillar 966 H sebesar 511,47 ton/jam dan alat angkut Dump Truck Hino 220 PS/260 TI sebesar 30,50 ton/jam. Target produksi 12.000 ton/hari, dan produksi aktual harian hanya mencapai 6.404,07 ton/hari. Usaha-usaha yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produksi yaitu mengkombinasikan alat muat dengan hasil yang optimal yaitu dengan mengggunakan 2 Wheel Loader 966H, 1 Excavator CAT330D2L, dan 46 Dump Truck dengan produksi 7.961 ton/hari dengan waktu 6 jam. Untuk hasil teori antrian hasil yang optimal yaitu dengan  menggunakan 2 Excavator Komatsu PC 300, 1 Wheel Loader 966H, dan 56 alat angkut dengan jumlah produksi 12.269 ton/hari dengan waktu produktif 8 jam. Setelah di optimalisasi, fleet yang mencapai target produksi yaitu 1 unit Wheel Loader Caterpillar 966H, 2 unit Excavator Komatsu PC 300 dan 56 unit Dump Truck Hino 220PS/260TI dengan jumlah produksi 12.269 ton/hari dengan waktu produktif selama 8 jam
