Abstract

nilai-nilai paedagogik yang dapat ditarik dari QS. Al-Hujurat ayat 10 tentang pembinaan persaudaraan dalam Islam adalah sebagai berikut: Adanya pembinaan persaudaraan yang harus dilatih dan dibina secara terus-menerus dengan belajar ilmu agama Islam, berteman dengan orang-orang yang saleh, serta memahami manfaat persaudaraan yaitu memperolah ridha Allah Swt karena dia yang memerintahkannya, menyebabkan pelakunya menjadi disukai para Malaikat, memupuk rasa kasih sayang di antara keluarga sehingga timbul semangat saling membantu ketika hajat, menambah pahala sesudah pelakunya meninggal karena ia akan selalu dikenang, dan dido’akan karena kebaikannya. Dasar pembinaan persaudaraan lebih mengarah kepada membangun akhlak terutama akhlak kepada diri sendiri, akhlak terhadap sesama dan lingkungan terutama akhlak terhadap Allah Swt karena itu, pembinaan persaudaraan menjadi upaya yang berpengaruh dalam perwujudan persaudaraan. Hal ini menjadi dasar bahwa pembinaan persaudaraan merupakan suatu proses yang dilakukan untuk merubah tingkah laku individu serta membentuk kepribadiannya, sehingga apa yang di cita-citakan dapat tercapai sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

The Qur'an is the principal source of the teachings of the Islamic religion which contains Islamic values as a guidance for mankind to live happy in the world and the hereafter. One of the principal content of the Qur'an is teaching about the coaching fraternity. It is found in surat Al-Hujurat, verse 10 which is mentioned in the verse that fraternity based on Islam as the Foundation of every human soul that serves as a control for Muslims both individual and social, and be a watchdog over the will and human behavior in associating. Surat Al-Hujurat verse 10 needs to be examined the contents of the content to get the charge much needed education in the coaching fraternity according to Islam. In addition, the need for research was given the many diverse Exegetes's view as a whole can assist in the coaching fraternity in Islam.  Thus, this study reject the thought of dotted Exegetes of the Qur'an which became the source of Islamic values, including containing the instructions the system of education. To understand the contents of the content of the Qur'an and the withdrawal of values education for the construction of the fraternity needed a research to know paedagogik values contained in surat Al-Hujurat verse 10 regarding the coaching brotherhood in Islam. This research uses content analysis methods (content analisys), whereas the appointment of the data by using the technique of libraries to assist an understanding of the content of the Qur'an surat Al-Hujurat, verse 10 further research is analyzing the opinions of some exegetes of the coaching fraternity. From the analysis of research data are mainly Quran surat Al-Hujurat verse 10 as primary sources explains that Allah calls upon Muslims to fostering ukhuwah (fraternity) that didikat by the rope and the Islamic faith. The results of the analysis of educators about puts the QS. Al-Hujurat verse 10 that contains: a). Presence of the coaching fraternity, basic coaching fraternity, brotherhood, and the specificity of the necessity of fraternity between believers, b) Coaching brotherhood in Islam makes the Qur'an specifically to paragraph 10 of the surat Al-Hujurat as the first reference. Basic coaching fraternity more leads to build moral attitudes, especially to yourself, morals against fellow and the environment especially morals against God Almighty, therefore, coaching fraternity became an influential effort in the embodiment of brotherhood, c). the Fraternity has to lead to conciliation, i.e. (repairing ties with each other based on the strength of faith towards charitable good deeds as the embodiment of hablum minallah and hablum minannas), d). The cornerstone of the construction of the brotherhood in Islam is devotion to God Almighty, in addition to the implementation of the life of the brothers is based on with grace and compassion,  e) Fraternal same faith is very urgent; so that needs to be upheld in the process of coaching, f). The construction as an effort to give direction and guidance in order to achieve a certain goal namely materialize live together in the framework of the brothers, g). Construction of the brotherhood in Islam pertaining to the process guidance from the Builder of so good at hanging out in the framework of the fraternity according to the guidance of Islamic teachings that involves physical, spiritual, and children are integral as Muslims.
