Abstract

The construction of the swimming pool and garden is a construction on a large scale that requires the presence of scheduling. The scheduling is done because this project has a deadline so requires good management to manage the project in order to streamline resources, to minimize risk, and to get optimal results. One of methods to solve the above problems use Critical Path Method (CPM). CPM is used in order to determine the fastest time. The results of the calculation with the CPM against the construction project of the swimming pool with an area of 122 m3 and garden 300 m2 is 72 days.
