Abstract


Abstract. This study aims to determine: (1) Implementation of Financial Compensation in PT. Pikiran Rakyat Bandung. (2) Implementation of Nonfinancial Compentation in PT. Pikiran Rakyat Bandung. (3) The Performance of Employees at PT. Pikiran Rakyat Bandung. (4) The Effect of Financial Compensation to The Performance of Employees in PT. Pikiran Rakyat Bandung. (5) The Effect of Nonfinancial Compensation to The Performance of Employees in PT. Pikiran Rakyat Bandung. (6) Influence of financial and nonfinancial compensation to employee performance PT. Pikiran Rakyat Bandung. Based on the results of research: (1) Financial Compensation in PT. Pikiran Rakyat Bandung include in the category is not well with the average value of 160,28. (2) Nonfinancial Compensation in PT. Pikiran Rakyat Bandung include in the category is not well with the average value of 156,68. (3)The Performance of employees at PT. Pikiran Rakyat Bandung include in the category of good with an average value of 175,3. (4) Financial Compensation effect on Performance of Employees with t value= 7,754 and t table = 1,997 which mean t value >t table or 7.754>1.997 and significant value 0.000<0.05. (5)Nonfinancial Compensation effect on Performance of Employees with t value = 9,752 and t table = 1,997 which mean t value >t table or 9,752>1,997 and significant value 0.000<0.05. (6) Financial and Nonfinancial Compensation simultaneously significant effect on Employee Performance. Shows the value of f count= 55,806 and f table = 3,15 or 55,806>3,15.
