Pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan LQ45 Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2011-2015)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of profitability and dividend policy on value of firm. The independent variables in this research are profitability and dividend policy each year. The dependent variable in this study is value of the firm.To test the hypothesis used multiple regression analysis. Data are obtained from Capital Market Directory (ICMD) of nine LQ45 companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2011-2015.The result of test data analysis partially indicates that profitability has significant effect towards company value, and dividend policy has significant effect towards value of the company. The result of test data analysis simultaneously indicate that profitability and dividend policy have significant effect on value of company with significance level of 5%.
