Analisis Desain Proses dengan Menggunakan Flow Process Chart dalam Meminimumkan Waktu Pembuatan Produk Tas Kulit ( Studi Kasus : Tas Kulit House of Leather Bandung)

Abstract

Abstract. Design process can help in running the production process in the preparation of the design process is not independent of form factors or quality, material and volume are the basic factors that influence the design process. Good design on a product made by a company will make consumers become interested and like what is in production and will provide more value for the company. The method used is the method of process flow chart with research time for 3 days. The study, obtained by the author, the production process is carried out by 20 of these employees were divided into 5 groups can produce 150 bags a week could even reach 200 product . The results showed that the need to increase the number of employees, machine technology and also supervise the manufacture of the products because there are many employees who frequently made mistakes during the production process and also a lot of time is wasted lots for pattern making and cutting the body bag and strap manufacture of bags made separately after pattern making body bag employee time required before the alternative as much as 14:55 hours whereas after alternative employees save 4:25 hours to 10:30 hours.

 

Abstrak. Perancangan proses dapat membantu menjalankan proses produksi, dalam penyusunan perancangan proses ini tidak terlepas dari faktor bentuk atau kualitas, bahan dan volume yang merupakan faktor dasar yang mempengaruhi perancangan proses. Desain yang baik pada produk yang dibuat oleh perusahaan akan membuat konsumen menjadi tertarik dan menyukai apa yang ada di produksi dan akan memberikan nilai lebih bagi perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode proses diagram alir dengan waktu penelitian selama 3 hari. Studi, diperoleh penulis, proses produksi dilakukan oleh 20 karyawan ini dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok dapat menghasilkan 150 tas seminggu bahkan bisa mencapai 200 produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan jumlah karyawan, teknologi mesin dan juga mengawasi pembuatan produk karena ada banyak karyawan yang sering melakukan kesalahan selama proses produksi dan juga banyaknya waktu yang terbuang untuk membuat pola dan memotong badan tas dan pembuatan tali tas yang dibuat secara terpisah setelah membuat pola badan tas waktu yang dibutuhkan karyawan sebelum alternatif sebanyak 14:55 jam sedangkan setelah alternatif karyawan jadi menghemat  04:25 jam sehingga lamanya waktu menjadi 10:30 jam.
