Abstract


Abstract. This study aims to find out 1) the work environment of employees in the Covid-19 issue at the Office of Religious Affairs, Cijati District. 2) Employee Self Efficacy in the Covid-19 issue at the Cijati District Religious Affairs Office. 3) Employee performance in the Covid-19 issue at the Cijati District Religious Affairs Office. 4) The Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Covid-19 Issue at the Religious Affairs Office, Cijati District. 5) The Influence of Self Efficacy on Employee Performance in the Covid-19 Issue at the Religious Affairs Office, Cijati District. 6) The influence of the Work Environment and Self Efficacy on employee performance in the Covid-19 issue at the Office of Religious Affairs, Cijati District. The research method used is descriptive and verification analysis and operates the calculations using the SPSS 23.0 program. The variables in this study are Work Environment, Self Efficacy, and Employee Performance. Collecting data obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature studies. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Respondents of this study were employees at the Office of Religious Affairs, Cijati District, amounting to 33 people. The results of this study conclude that: 1) The work environment of employees in the Covid-19 issue at the Office of Religious Affairs, Cijati District is in the very good category. 2) Employee self-efficacy in the Covid-19 issue at the Cijati District Religious Affairs Office is in the very good category. 3) Employee performance in the Covid-19 issue at the Cijati District Religious Affairs Office is in the very good category. 4) The work environment partially has a significant effect on employee performance in the Covid-19 issue at the Cijati District Religious Affairs Office. 5) Self Efficacy partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance in the Covid-19 Issue at the Office of Religious Affairs, Cijati District. 6) Work Environment and Self Efficacy simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance in the Covid-19 issue at the Religious Affairs Office, Cijati District. It can be concluded that there is an influence between the Work Environment and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance. in the Covid-19 Issue of the Cijati District Religious Affairs Office.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Lingkungan Kerja karyawan dalam issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati. 2) Self Efficacy karyawan dalam issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati. 3) Kinerja Karyawan dalam issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati. 4) Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dalam Issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati. 5) Pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dalam Issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati. 6) Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Self Efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dan mengoperasikanperhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 23.0. Variabel dalam penelitian ini Lingkungan Kerja, Self Efficacy, dan Kinerja Karyawan. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati yang berjumlah 33 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan Kerja karyawan dalam issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati termasuk kategori sangat baik. 2) Self Efficacy karyawan dalam issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati termasuk kategori sangat baik. 3) Kinerja Karyawan dalam issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati termasuk kategori sangat baik. 4) Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dalam Issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati. 5) Self Efficacy secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dalam Issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati. 6) Lingkungan Kerja dan Self Efficacy secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dalam issue Covid-19 di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Lingkungan Kerja dan Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. dalam Issue Covid-19 Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Cijati.
