Analisis Kinerja Manajemen Rantai Pasok Pada Tahu Pukis dengan Menggunakan Metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) di CV.NJ Food Industries Kota Bandung

Abstract

Abstract—This study analyzes the application of the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Model. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Supply Chain model using the SCOR model by measuring the performance of Supply Chain Management at CV. N.J Food Industries by using the Model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative and the method used is a case study. This research shows that the condition of the Supply Chain in CV. N.J Food Industries has the following metrics: POF value of 97,76%, OFCT value owned by the company for 2 days, COGS value of 50,12% and CTCCT value of company owned for 4 days.

 Abstrak—Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan model Supply Chain dengan menggunakan model SCOR dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja terhadap Manajemen rantai pasok di CV. N.J Food Industries dengan menggunakan Model Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi Supply Chain di CV. N.J Food Industries memiliki metrik sebagai berikut: Nilai POF sebesar 97,76 %, Nilai OFCT yang dimiliki perusahaan sebesar 2 hari, Nilai COGS sebesar 50,12% dan Nilai CTCCT yang dimiliki perusahaan sebesar 4 hari.
