Analisis Kinerja Rantai Pasok Produk Bandrek dengan Menggunakan Metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR)

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to determine the performance of the supply chain at CV. Hanjuang Inti Teknik by using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method and analyzing the problems that occur in the company, then providing suggestions regarding these problems to be able to improve the company's supply chain performance. The research design used is descriptive quantitative and the method used in this research is a case study. The data collection technique used was to use interview techniques through a question and answer process with the general administration section of the company, observation to determine the condition of the company and documentation to analyze the documents obtained from CV. Cihanjuang Core Technique. Based on the performance calculation results obtained from the performance attributes in the SCOR method is for the Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) performance attribute with an actual result of 74%, the value of the Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) performance attribute is 5 days. Then for the value of the performance attribute Cost of Good Sold (COGS) with an actual result of 54% and the value of the performance attribute of the Cash to Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) of 19 days.

Abstrak— Penelitian ini  ditujukan untuk mengetahui kinerja rantai pasok pada CV. Hanjuang Inti Teknik dengan menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) serta menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi di perusahaan, selanjutnya memberikan saran terkait permasalahan tersebut untuk bisa meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Desain penelitian yang dipakai adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai adalah dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara melalui proses tanya jawab dengan bagian Administrasi Umum perusahaan, observasi untuk mengetahui kondisi perusahaan dan dokumentasi untuk menganalisis dokumen-dokumen yang diperoleh dari CV. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kinerja yang didapatkan dari atribut kinerja dalam metode SCOR adalah untuk atribut kinerja Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) dengan hasil aktual sebesar 74%, nilai dari atibut kinerja Order Fulfillment Cycle Time  (OFCT) sebesar 5 hari. Kemudian untuk nilai dari atribut kinerja Cost of Good Sold (COGS) dengan hasil aktual sebesar 54% dan nilai dari atribut kinerja Cash to Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) sebesar 19 hari.
