Analisis Kinerja Manajemen Rantai Pasok dengan Menggunakan Metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR)

Abstract

Abstract. This research goals is to find out how to make the current supply chain that suits the needs of the company and how to use the SCOR matrix. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. To find out more about the supply chain in the company, evaluation and measurement of the supply chain must be carried out. The data analysis technique purchased is SCOR. The time required to purchase products from the production house to the distributor is 1 to 2 hours away using the freight forwarding services. The results of the supply chain performance calculation using the SCOR matrix produce a perfect order fulfillment value (POF) of 94%, then fulfillment of the cycle time order (OFCT) for 26 days, to the value of cost of goods sold (COGS) of 67,5% and finally , using cash to cash cycle time (CTCCT) for 9,5 days.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja rantai pasok saat ini yang berada pada perusahaan dan bagaimana kinerja dengan menggunakan matriks SCOR. Metode penelitiaan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif suatu rantai pasok yang berada pada perusahaan maka harus dilakukan evaluasi serta pengukuran terhaapat rantai pasok perusahaan tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai adalah SCOR.waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengirim produk dari rumah produksi hingga ke distributor yaitu 1 sampai 2 jam perjalanan menggunakan jasa angkut ekspedisi. Hasil dari perhitungan kinerja rantai pasok dengan menggunakan matriks SCOR menghasilkan nilai perfect order fulfillment (POF) sebesar 94%, lalu order fulfillment cycle time (OFCT) selama 26 hari, hingga nilai cost of goods sold (COGS) sebesar 67,5 % dan yang terakhir, menggunakan cash to cash cycle time (CTCCT) selama 9,5 hari .
