Analisis Perencanaan Agregat dengan Menggunakan Metode Chase Strategy Level Workforce dan Mix Strategy untuk Meminimumkan Biaya Produksi Produk Jersey

Abstract

Abstract. The rapid growth of the convection industry can be known by the many distribution agents that have sprung up like distributions and factory outlets. CV Ceksport is a convection industry with a sublime system with targets and market segmentation, namely young people, especially those who like sports activities. Inefficient labor with demand and time requested causes the company's production planning to be less than optimal. To minimize the problem, the writer uses a scheduling method with Aggregate Planning. Demand forecasting in this study was conducted to calculate demand in the coming year, using the Least Square method. Several methods can be used, namely Chase Strategy, Workforcel Level, and Mix Strategy. From the results of the research after applying the three methods in 2018 and 2019, it can be concluded that the most efficient method is the mix strategy method by applying subcontracts and overtime when demand is high.

Abstrak. Pertumbuhan industri konveksi yang pesat dapat diketahui dengan banyaknya agen distribusi yang bermunculan seperti distro dan factory outlet. CV Ceksport merupakan industri konveksi dengan sistem sublime dengan target dan segmentasi pasarnya yaitu kalangan muda terutama yang menyukai kegiatan olahraga. Tenaga kerja yang tidak efisien dengan permintaan dan waktu yang diminta menyebabkan perencanaan produksi perusahaan kurang maksimal. Untuk meminimalisasikan masalah tersebut maka penulis menggunakan metode penjadwalan dengan perencanaan agregat (Aggregate Planning). Peramalan permintaan pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghitung permintaan pada tahun yang akan datang, dengan menggunakan metode Least Square. Beberapa metode yang dapet digunakan yaitu Chase Strategy, Level Workforcel, dan Mix Strategy. Dari hasil penelitian setelah menerapkan ketiga metode tersebut pada tahun 2018 dan 2019 maka dapat disimpulkan metode yang paling efisien adalah metode mix strategy dengan menerapkan subcontract dan overtime ketika permintaan sedang tinggi
