Analisis Pengendalian Manajemen Proyek Menggunakan Metode Program Evaluation and Review Technique (Pert)

Abstract


Abstract. Project scheduling is the fulcrum of the successful completion of a project, because basically the budget and resources used depend on the scheduling. This study discusses the use of the PERT method in controlling and scheduling in the construction of office and fish feed wearhouse project by PT. Trimulia Bangun Persada, the use of the PERT method in this study will apply the monthly rainfall indicator in this probabilistic time wich is expected to predict the possibilities that can occur and hinder the completion of the project. The research method used is the case study method by using a quatitatif descriptive research approach. This research with PERT method resulted in a acceleration of a project completion time from 98 days to 93 days. In addition it can also be seen that the possibility of successful completion of the project, the fastest of a completion time of the project is 88 days with a percentage of success 0,31%, the time of a project completion based on the expected time is 93 days with a percentage of a success 50% and the project completion time of the lastest is 99 days with a percentage of a success 99,95%.

Abstrak. Penjadwalan proyek merupakan titik tumpu keberhasilan penyelesaian suatu proyek, karena pada dasarnya anggaran maupun sumber daya yang digunakan sangat bergantung pada penjadwalannya. Penelitian ini membahas penggunaan metode PERT dalam pengendalian dan penjadwalan pada pembangunan proyek kantor dan gudang pakan ikan yang dikerjakan oleh PT. Trimulia Bangun Persada, penggunaan metode PERT dalam penelitian ini akan menerapkan indikator curah hujan bulanan dalam waktu probabilistiknya yang diharapkan dapat memprediksi kemungkinan-kemungkian yang dapat terjadi dan menghambat penyelesaian proyek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode studi kasus dengan melakukan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dengan metode PERT ini menghasilkan percepatan waktu penyelesaian proyek dari 98 hari menjadi 93 hari. Selain itu dapat diketahui pula kemungkinan keberhasilan penyelesaian proyek, waktu penyelesaian proyek paling cepat yaitu selama 88 hari dengan persentase keberhasilan 0,31%, waktu penyelesaian proyek berdasarkan time expected yaitu 93 hari dengan persentase keberhasilan 50% dan waktu penyelesaian proyek paling lambat yaitu 99 hari dengan persentase keberhasilan 99,95%.
