Abstract


Abstract. This study aims to determine (1) how the level of supervision actions in PT.Gits Indonesia, (2) how organizational culture in PT.Gits Indonesia, (3) how employee performance in PT.Gits Indonesia, (4) how the influence of supervision actions against employee performance, (5) how the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, (6) how the influence of supervision actions and organizational culture on employee performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification. Data collection techniques in this study by doing questionnaires, interviews and collection of documents relating to research. Data analysis was used by using validity and reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test and F test. The results of this study were (1) the respondents' responses regarding the supervisory actions were in the high category (2) the respondents' responses on organizational culture were in the medium category (3) the respondents' responses on employee performance were in high category (4) partial hypothesis test result a significant influence between the actions of supervision on employee performance (5) hypothesis test results partially there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance (6) hypothesis test results simultaneously there is a significant influence between supervision actions and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1)bagaimana tingkat tindakan supervisi pada PT.Gits Indonesia, (2)bagaimana budaya organisasi pada PT.Gits Indonesia, (3)bagaimana kinerja karyawan pada PT.Gits Indonesia, (4)bagaimana pengaruh tindakan supervisi terhadap kinerja karyawan, (5)bagaimana pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, (6)bagaimana pengaruh tindakan supervisi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan kuisioner, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, uji-t dan uji F.
