Perancangan Metode Kerja pada CV. Matrix dengan Menggunakan Metode 5S

Matrix is one of home industry shoes producing shoes for women with diverse types, namely the type of ballet shoes for women and customize. customize the types of shoes with the model in accordance with the wishes of customers individually. The nature of the company's production is make to order,The process of making the shoes are made by CV. Matrix there are four (4) stages of the process is a patterning process, the process of sewing, sol process, and finishing processes.seen from the number of working tools are not required to be in the drawer contained in the table pattern, not tidy storage dikarnakan kerpaian lack of awareness when you finish work, such as not smoothed back the tools that have been used in its original place."Work Culture 5S", is a science that really needs to be studied, in the development of a company or organization (universities, schools, parties, etc.), in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency, creating human-disciplined, appreciate the time, hardworking, conscientious, success-oriented, not hedonic, economical and unpretentious, like saving and investing, oriented to the integrity and other positive things.Of working conditions at each work station can be seen that the work culture in CV.Matrix have not implemented the 5S method, after knowing the culture of work contained in the company to identify the suitability of the current work culture with the principles of 5S. then do the drafting of the current repair work culture by using the principles of 5S.

Matrix yang merupakan salah satu home industry sepatu yang menghasilkan produk sepatu untuk wanita dengan jenis yang beragam yaitu jenis sepatu balet untuk wanita dan customize. customize merupakan jenis sepatu dengan model sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan secara perseorangan. Sifat produksi dari perusahaan ini adalah make to order. Proses pembuatan sepatu yang dilakukan oleh CV. Matrix terdapat empat (4) tahapan proses yaitu proses pemolaan, proses penjahitan, proses pengesolan, dan proses finishing. “Budaya Kerja 5Sâ€, merupakan suatu ilmu yang sangat perlu untuk dipelajari, dalam pengembangan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi (Universitas, Sekolah, partai dll),  untuk mencapai efektivitas dan efisiensi, menciptakan manusia yang berdisiplin tinggi, menghargai waktu, pekerja keras, teliti, berorientasi sukses, tidak hedonis, hemat dan bersahaja, suka menabung dan investasi, berorientasi kepada Integritas dan hal yang positif lainnya. Dari kondisi lingkungan kerja pada setiap stasiun kerja dapat diketahui bahwa budaya kerja pada CV.Matrix belum menerapkan metode 5S, Setelah mengetahui budaya kerja yang terdapat pada perusahaan maka dilakukan identifikasi kesesuaian budaya kerja saat ini dengan prinsip 5S. kemudian dilakukan pembuatan rancangan perbaikan budaya kerja saat ini dengan menggunakan prinsip 5S.
