Proposal of Decision Making on Determination of Raw Water Resource for Clean Water Supply Project of Housing and Office Complex by the Method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)

Abstract

Due to limited sources of fresh water for the needs and daily activities, the division of General Services (GS), Surface Facilities (SF); Healthy Safety Security and Environmental (HSSE) of PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Klayan do replanning project providing a source of raw water. PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Klayan is a big company that has housing complex and offices that need clean water. There are three (3) alternative solutions that have been established to be considered as the source of raw water to be used for the years 2015-2020. In this study, respondents were selected from three (3) divisions with consideration to have expertise in the supply of raw water source projects, namely General Services, Asset 3 Surface Facilities and Asset 3 Healthy Safety Security and Environmental. In determining the appropriate raw water source for the project, the parties' decision-makers / respondent would have to make an assessment of the criteria that should be considered in the decision situation. Therefore, in this study the authors using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to make a proposal for decision on determination of the source of raw water in a clean water supply project in the residential complex and in PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Klayan. From the data processing with the application of AHP method showed that the water surface with the use of Road Tank selected as an alternative solution to the raw water source first priority for the planning of this project because it has the highest weight value of 0.394.
