Usulan Perancangan Kemasan Produk Yoghurt dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Kansei Engineering

Abstract


Abstract. Koperasi Peternak Susu Bandung Utara is a cooperative engaged in collecting pure cow's milk from breeders who independently produce pasteurized milk, whole milk, and yogurt. The focus of this research is that the company wants to replace the packaging of 1 liter of freshtime yogurt because the company has complaints of leaks in the packaging. The packaging design proposal is designed not only to solve technical problems, but it is expected to provide suggestions according to the preferences of yogurt consumers. The aim of this research is to identify consumer preferences that can influence the design elements of freshtime yogurt packaging. The method used in this research is Kansei Engineering, which is a product design tool that aims to capture consumer emotions into product design. Meanwhile, conjoin analysis is used to determine the value of the relationship between design elements and the word Kansei. The results obtained in this study are that consumers want cylindrical packaging, aseptic carton, and full color. Based on data processing, it is obtained that 9 Kansei words represent consumer feelings towards the Youghurt packaging image, namely, cheap price, strong, ergonomic, there is a halal logo, there is a halal logo, complete information, unique, beautiful, and fresh.

Abstrak. Koperasi Peternak Susu Bandung Utara merupakan koperasi bergerak dibidang pengumpulan susu sapi murni dari peternak yang memproduksi secara mandiri susu pasteurisasi, susu murni, dan yoghurt. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pihak perusahaan ingin mengganti kemasaan yoghurt freshtime 1liter sebab, perusahaan mendapatkan keluhan kebocoran pada kemasan. Usulan desain kemasan dirancang tidak hanya menyelesaikan permasalahan secara teknis saja namun, diharapkan dapat memberikan usulan yang sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen yoghurt. Tujuan penelitian yaitu, untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi konsumen yang dapat mempengaruhi elemen desain kemasan yoghurt freshtime. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Kansei Engineering yang merupakan salah satu alat perancangan produk yang bertujuan untuk menangkap emosi konsumen kedalam desain produk. Sedangkan, Analisis conjoin digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai hubungan elemen desain dengan kata Kansei. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen menginginkan kemasan berbentuk silinder, berbahan aseptic carton, dan penuh warna. Berdasarkan pengolahan data didapat 9 kata Kansei mewakili perasaan konsumen terhadap image kemasan youghurt yaitu, harga murah, kuat, ergomonis, terdapat logo halal, terdapat logo halal, Informasi lengkap, unik, cantik, dan segar.
