Perancangan Fasilitas Kerja Berdasarkan Analisis Resiko Kerja Menggunakan Metode Quick Exposure Cheklist pada Stasiun Kerja Som Sontek Home Industry Rajut Era Baru

Abstract

Abstract . Era Baru Home Industry is one of the Home Industry located in Sentra Rajut Binong Jati Bandung. After observing the entire work station there are complaints from some of work station operators. The highest level of complaints experienced by som sontek station operators. With the complaints that occurred, research conducted at som sontek work station. In order to know more about the complaints felt by the operators, the Nordic Body Map was used, moreover to analyze the level of risk experienced by operators using the Quick Exposure Checklist method, and to design the work facilities required by som sontek operators using the anthropometry method. The results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaires known that the most complaints were felt in the neck, upper back, lower back, wrist and ankle. Risk level measurement results using the Quick Exposure Checklist method of all som sontek operators movement elements shows level 3,and actions should be done as soon as possible. The benefits of this research are to help the company in providing information about complaints and the level of risk experienced by the operators, so the company knows the required action. This aims to enable operators to work with high levels of productivity so that the company's production targets are achieved.

Abstrak. Home Industry Era Baru merupakan salah satu Home Industry yang berada kawasan Sentra Rajut Binong Jati Bandung. Setelah mengamati seluruh stasiun kerja diketahui, tingkat keluhan yang paling banyak yaitu dialami oleh operator stasiun som sontek. Dengan adanya keluhan yang terjadi dilakukan penelitian di stasiun kerja som sontek. diantaranya, untuk mengetahui keluhan yang dirasakan digunakan metode Nordic Body Map, analisis untuk mengetahui tingkat resiko menggunakan metode Quick Exposure Checklist, dan untuk merancang fasilitas kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh operator som sontek digunakan metode antropometri. Hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map diketahui keluhan yang paling banyak yaitu keluhan di bagian leher, punggung bagian atas, punggung bagian bawah, pergelangan tangan dan pergelangan kaki. Hasil pengukuran tingkat resiko menggunakan metode Quick Exposure Checklist dari seluruh elemen gerakan operator som sontek menunjukan level 3, dan tindakan yang diambil harus dilakukan dalam waktu dekat.. Manfaat dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat membantu perusahaan dalam memberikan informasi mengenai keluhan-keluhan dan tingkat resiko yang dialami operator, sehingga perusahaan mengetahui tindakan yang diperlukan, agar operator dapat bekerja dengan tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi sehingga target produksi perusahaan tercapai.
