Program Sosial Bank Indonesia sebagai Strategi Public Relations Bank Indonesia dalam Membangun Stakeholders Relations
Abstract
Abstract: Abstract - Bank Indonesia (BI) implements the Bank Indonesia Social Program as a form of assistance and services to Indonesian citizens from an economic perspective. From the Bank Indonesia Social Program, researchers see the function of Public Relations as a strategy that is nothing but building relationships between communities. Researchers used qualitative methods with a case study approach. In testing the validity of data and research results using data source triangulation techniques with resource persons the Head of the Economic Development Division, the Economic Development Division, the Public Relations Unit Policy Coordination and Communication Function, Policy and Communication Coordination Function Staff in the Public Relations unit and PR experts or the PR through the Bank Indonesia Social Program in Building Stakeholder Relations

Abstrak: Bank Indonesia (BI) menerapkan Program Sosial Bank Indonesia sebagai bentuk bantuan dan pelayanan terhadap warga indonesia dalam segi ekonomi. Dari Program Sosial Bank Indonesia, peneliti melihat fungsi Public Relations sebagai strategi yang tidak lain adalah menjalin hubungan-hubungan antar publik. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam menguji keabsahan data dan hasil penelitain menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dengan narasumber Kepala Divisi Pengembangan Ekonomi,Divisi Pengembangan Ekonomi Fungsi Koordinasi dan Komunikasi Kebijakan unit HUMAS, Staf Fungsi Koordinasi dan Komunikasi Kebijakan pada unit HUMAS dan Tenaga Ahli atau profesi Humas. Hasil penelitian ini mengenai strategi Public Relations melalui Program Sosial Bank Indonesia dalam Membangun Stakeholders Relations            Â
