Strategi Komunikasi Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda dalam Pelayanan Komunikasi
Abstract
Abstract— Bandung is one of the cities with tourist attractions frequently visited by domestic tourists, one of which is Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda which is included in a natural tourist destination with a forest located in the middle of the city. By using the media as a forum for information, currently Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H Djuanda provides information services through internet media such as the Tahura website and also Instagram social media with the @ tahuradjuanda.official account. However, this information service is one of the problems that arise. The information services provided are not able to make the public or visitors understand or comply with existing policies, as well as a lack of interest due to less attractive and limited information. the object of this research is Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda, which provides information services to the public. This study uses a five-step communication strategy model. The purpose of this study was to determine how the Tahura communication strategy in terms of information services to visitors. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data collection technique of this research is by interview, documentation study and field observation. The result of this research is the communication strategy carried out by the Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda can run well after evaluating and intensifying information services through online media..
