The Effect of Compensation on the SFE (Sharia Funding Executive) Performance of Related to Job Satisfaction as the Moderating at Bank Syariah Mandiri Bandung

Abstract


One factor that can keep employees working in a company is compensated as remuneration for the work done. His company is the employee's obligation to provide the best possible performance in return for the compensation they received. In this regard, a sense of satisfaction gained each well by both employers and employees will strengthen the relationship between the two. The goal is: (1) To find out how the compensation to performance SFE BSM Bandung; (2) To determine whether job satisfaction affects the relationship of compensation and performance SFE BSM Bandung. Respondents in this study are the SFE (Sharia Funding Executive) Bank Syariah Mandiri in Bandung. The sampling technique is cluster sampling. The calculation result of research showed that affect the performance of SFE compensation and job satisfaction is a variable moderating the relationship between compensation and performance SFE.
