The Analysis of Sharia Management on Cleaning Service Rental Management of PT Global Solution Provider of Daarut Tauhiid

Abstract

Daarut Tauhiid (DT), they now expanded its business by opening a rental cleaning service, namely PT. Global Solution Provider. As we know that Daarut Tauhiid very closely with Islam. By the name, the rental cleaning service of Daarut Tauhiid, people surely expect a system that is applied in it is Islamic. Management and application of Sharia should Ijara contract attached to this company. Based on the background of the problems outlined above, there are some formulations of the problem. (1) How does the concept of Islamic management? (2) How is the implementation of Sharia in the management of PT. Global Solution Provider Daarut Tauhiid? (3) How is the analysis of the implementation of Islamic management concepts rental services at PT. Global Solution Provider Daarut Tauhiid? The objectives are to (1) determine the understanding of Islamic management concepts, (2) find out how the implementation of Sharia in the management of PT. Global Solution Provider Daarut Tauhiid; and (3) know the results of the analysis of the concept of Sharia on the implementation of lease management services to PT. Global Solution Provider Daarut Tauhiid. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used is by interview and documentation. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling, i.e. sampling technique intentional. Based on this research, the authors can conclude the following: (1) The form of planning which has carried out a good cause, and not detrimental to the company and its employees; (2) Organizing accordance with the principles of Islamic organizations, namely the environment; sincerity, unity, and sacrifice. (Managers and employees said they felt the sincerity, solidarity, and sacrifice while working); (3) At the briefing, managers does through the supervisor. Part rental cleaning service has 3 supervisors where every week once the manager did a briefing to the supervisor. Managers and employees hold a briefing with very trustful and managers be gentle on employees; (4) The evaluation carried out by managers in each period, i.e. during training, trials, contracts, and others. However, there are employees who did not do the training, when the employee has worked for five years. PT. GSP does not apply to the lease contract of Ijarah services outsource its cleaning service.
