Analisis Pelaksanaan Program Diklat terhadap Tingkat Kinerja Karyawan Bank Bjb Syariah Bandung (Studi Kasus Pada Bank Bjb Syariah Kantor Pusat Bandung)

Abstract

Abstract. This research is in the background by how important the quality of an SDI is in a company. This becomes the basis that the quality of employees must be adequate so that the company's final goals can be achieved, one way is to provide training and education that is appropriate to the needs of each employee. The problem is whether each education and training program will have an influence or not on the level of performance of its employees. This is the basis of researchers to analyze this problem.The formulation of the problem is whether the implementation of education and training programs affect the level of performance of its employees? The aim is to determine the effect of the implementation of the training program on the level of performance of its employees.This research method is based on quantitative with a descriptive approach. The source of this research is primary data from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to employees of Bank BJB Syariah Bandung. Secondary data are books, research journals and other sources. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature.The results of the analysis show that the implementation of the training program has a positive and significant effect on the level of employee performance by 54% based on data from the determination correlation and based on the partial test results showing that the first hypothesis is accepted with t count 10.226> t table 1.990 and the second hypothesis is accepted because the value f count 104.581> f table 3.94, which shows both data are positive so it can be concluded that H1 and H2 are accepted. Keywords Keywords: Education and Training, Employee Performance, Syariah BJB Banking 

 

Abstrak. Penelitian ini di latar belakang oleh betapa pentingnya kualitas suatu SDI dalam sebuah perusahaan. Hal tersebut menjadi dasar bahwa kualitas karyawan haruslah memadai agar tujuan akhir perusahaan dapat tercapai, salah satu caranya adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap karyawannya. Masalahnya apakah setiap program diklat akan memberikan  pengaruh atau tidak terhadap tingkat  kinerja karyawannya, Hal tersebut menjadi dasar peneliti untuk menganalisi masalah ini. Rumusan masalahnya adalah apakah pelaksanaan program diklat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawannya? Tujuannya adalah  untuk mengetahui pengaruh tpelaksanaan program diklat terhadap  tingkat kinerja karyawannya.Metode penelitian ini berdasarkan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.dengan  Sumber penelitian ini data primer dari hasil pembagian kuesioner kepada para karyawan Bank BJB Syariah Bandung. Data sekunder adalah buku-buku, jurnal penelitan dan sumber lain. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi dan literatur. Hasil dari analisis menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan  program diklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kinerja karyawan sebesar 54% berdasarkan data dari korelasi determinasi dan berdasarkan hasil uji parsial menunjukan bahwa Hipotesis pertama diterima dengan nilai t hitung 10,226> t table 1,990 dan Hipotesis  kedua diterima karena nilai f hitung 104,581> f table 3,94, yang menunjukan kedua data bernilai positif sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 dan H2 diterima.
