Analisis Mekanisme Penggantian Karyawan Cuti serta Dampaknya Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Nasabah (Studi Kasus di Bank BJB Syariah KCP Soreang)

Abstract


Abstract. According to the Law and Islamic Law leave is the right of the employee, but the replacement of the leave employee does not pay attention to the replacement mechanism and the stage in the preparation of the replacement of leave so that during the leave period of company performance and service quality is not running optimally. For that the formulation of this research problem is how the provision of employee leave according to the Law and Islamic Law? What is the provision of replacement of employees on leave at BJBS KCP Soreang? What is the impact of employee leave replacement on service quality at BJBS KCP Soreang? The research method used is descriptive research, qualitative approach, primary and secondary data source. Types of research data field research. Technique of collecting data of this research is observation, documentation and interview. Data processing techniques using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study conclude that the first provision of leave under the Law and Islamic Law has included the right for the worker but there is no provision concerning its replacement, only in the substitution should still pay attention to the 4 stages in Islamic Law this replacement must have professional, trustworthy, honest and fair attitude. Second, the replacement of employees in BJBS KCP Soreang not carried out optimally because the leadership does not run the mechanism by considering the four stages of employee replacement preparation. Third, the impact of replacement disproportionation leads to a decrease in the quality of employees resulting in a decline in customer service quality.

Abstrak. Menurut UU dan Hukum Islam cuti merupakan hak karyawan, namun penggantian karyawan cuti tidak memperhatikan mekanisme penggantian serta tahap dalam persiapan penggantian cuti sehingga saat masa cuti kinerja perusahaan dan kualitas pelayanan tidak berjalan optimal. Untuk itu rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana ketentuan karyawan cuti menurut UU dan Hukum Islam? Bagaimana ketentuan penggantian karyawan cuti di BJBS KCP Soreang? Bagaimana dampak penggantian karyawan cuti terhadap kualitas pelayanan di BJBS KCP Soreang? Metode penelitian yang digunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data primer dan sekunder. Jenis data penelitian penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini ialah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan, pertama ketentuan cuti menurut UU dan Hukum Islam telah mencakup hak bagi pekerja namun tidak ada ketentuan mengenai penggantiannya, hanya dalam penggantian harus tetap memperhatikan 4 tahap di dalam Hukum Islam penggantian ini harus memiliki sikap professional, amanah, jujur dan adil. Kedua, penggantian karyawan di BJBS KCP Soreang tidak dilaksanakan maksimal karena pihak pimpinan tidak menjalankan mekanisme dengan memperhatikan 4 tahap persiapan penggantian karyawan. Ketiga, dampak dari ketidakoptimalan penggantian menyebabkan penurunan kualitas karyawan yang berakibat pada penurunan kualitas pelayanan nasabah.
