The Role of Political Parties in Managing Social Organizations to Build Democracy in Indonesia Linked with Law Based on Number 17 Years 2013 on Organizations Community and Law Number 2 Years 2011 about Political Party

Abstract

This writing is motivated by the role of political parties formed on the basis of a desire to unite various groups of society so that their thoughts and orientations can be consolidated. But now, his energy is drained by political problems that are unrelenting. Paradoxically, the politics that should lead to the race to defend the interests of the people, the nation and the state but what happens is only the struggle for the economy and the power and interests of the political elite of a particular party and party only. This research is a normative juridical legal research with applicable legislation approach. The sources and types of legal materials used are primary legal materials supported by secondary and tertiary legal materials. In analyzing the data that have been obtained by way of classifying primary and secondary law material and then analysis using qualitative normative method in the form of description to be drawn conclusion. From the result of the research and discussion resulted the conclusion based on the law number 17 years 2013 about social organization and law number 2 years 2011 about political party that is First, political party has a position and very important role in every democracy system. The Party plays a very strategic liaison role between government processes and citizens. Secondly, the Government as an agent with a direct interest in political socialization. This is because the government is the organizer of the political system and has a duty to maintain its stability.
