Environmental Law Enforcement to Leuwigajah Landfill Cases Based on Law Number 32 of 2009 on the Protection and Management of the Environment in Conjunction with. Law Number 18 of 2008 on Waste Management in Interrupter Effort

Abstract

Law enforcement administration environment is one form of environmental law enforcement by Law No. 32 of 2009 on the Protection and Environmental Management in the management and conservation of the environment. These provisions set out in Law No. 18 Waste Management. Class action lawsuit against the landfill case Leuwigajah leaving the issue is not resolved, namely environment remains left to rot because the victim only demand compensation without seeing the environmental damage after landslides. Issues to be addressed in this study is how the Environmental Law Enforcement Administration by Law No. 32 of 2009 on the Protection and Management of the Environment in conjunction with Law No. 18 About Waste Management and Environmental Law Enforcement Administration how to Case Leuwigajah landfill in efforts to save the environment. This research was conducted using the method of research that is descriptive analysis with normative juridical approach, namely the legal approach by looking at the regulations, namely Law No. 32 of 2009 on the Protection and Environmental Management, Law No. 18 on the management of waste as well as legislation more or approaches to problems with the way in terms of the legislation in force. The study concluded that the law enforcement administrative environment can be done as a means of preventive and repressive by sanctions issued by the competent authority.
