Abstract


In the labor mutating sometimes cause problems between workers and employers as an employer. Incompatibility wishes of the parties is not impossible becomes resulted in the resignation or termination of employment (FLE). The arrangement of the termination of employment set forth in Act No. 13 of 2003 on Labor in chapter XII Articles 153 to 172, Termination between Employers and Workers for a case concerning Termination of Employment (FLE) must always adhering to the regulations Legislation in effect, that its application to the parties concerned are not disadvantaged. In this study analyzes also Decision No. 323/PDT.SUS-PHI/2015 which aims to find solutions to industrial disputes due to layoffs in the PT. Planet Electrindo and granting rights of workers retrenched by the decision of a number 323K/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2015 associated with Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower conjunction with Law No. 2 of 2004 concerning Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement
