Abstract
The Company has an obligation to protect its workforce in the form of the right to health insurance, accident insurance, pension, and life insurance. However, in fact is still a violation of the Employment BPJS program implementation, as has occurred in PT. Mitra Sukses Sejahtera? Some workers were not involved in BPJS Employment program, so it is interesting to be analyzed. They are Accident Insurance Protection jobs for workers at PT. Mitra Sukses Sejahtera, which are not included in the program, BPJS Employment, and barriers encountered in the implementation of work accidents in PT. Mitra Sukses Sejahtera.
