Hubungan Kepatuhan Konsumsi Preparat Fe dengan Kejadian Anemia pada Ibu Hamil Trimester Tiga (Studi di Rumah Sakit Rumah Sakit Ujung Berung Kota Bandung Periode Maret sampai Mei 2016)

Abstract


Abstract: Anemia is still a problem that is often experienced by pregnant women. This problem is caused by various risk factors such as bleeding, chronic disease, and the lack of iron intake. The purpose of this study was to discover correlation between the compliance of Fe consumption againts the number of anemia occurrences in pregnant women at Ujung Berung Bandung hospitals in March to May 2016. This analytical research using descriptive analytic observasional. The subjects were 56 three-trimester pregnant women and conducted by purposive sampling technique. Data about the compliance of Fe consumption are collected from the questionnaire and the hemoglobin data were taken from medical records. The statistical analysis used in this research was Chi-square Test. The results showed that from 56 three-trimester pregnant women gathered, there are 7 women (12,5%) who have anemia and there are 9 women (16,1%) who not consumption in a regular basis of Fe. Statistically, there is a significant relationship between the consumption of Fe with the number of anemia. The differences are significant with the value of  p = 0.039 (p < 0,05).   

Abstrak: Anemia masih menjadi masalah yang sering dialami oleh ibu hamil. Hal tersebut diakibatkan oleh berbagai faktor risiko seperti perdarahan, penyakit kronis, dan kurangnya asupan zat besi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepatuhan konsumsi preparat Fe dengan jumlah kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di RSUD Ujung Berung Kota Bandung pada bulan Maret sampai Mei tahun 2016. Sifat penelitian ini dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik observatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 56 ibu hamil trimester tiga dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data kepatuhan konsumsi preparat Fe diambil dari questioner dan data hemoglobin diambil dari data rekam medik. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi-square test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 56 ibu hamil trimester tiga, terdapat  7 ibu (12,5%) yang mengalami anemia dan ibu hamil trimester tiga yang tidak patuh konsumsi preparat Fe sebanyak 9 ibu (16,1%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan bermakna antara konsumsi preparat Fe dengan kejadian anemia, dengan nilai p = 0,039 ( p < 0,05).
