Pengaruh Ekstrak Ikan Gabus terhadap Proses Penyembuhan Luka pada Mencit Jantan Galur Swiss Webster

Abstract


Abstract. Wounds are cellular disorders caused by exchanges with environmental energy that exceeds the body's resistance, accompanied by cell death due to ischemia or reperfusion. In several regions in Indonesia, snakehead fish is often consumed when wounds occur and in postpartum mothers. Snakehead fish meat contains albumin in the water phase and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in the oil phase. In snakehead fish meat contains up to 25.1% protein and 6.224% of the protein is albumin. This study aims to determine the effect of snakehead fish meat extract on healing incision wounds in mice. This research is an experimental study using mice as experimental animals which are divided into 4 groups. Group 1 as a control, group 2 was given snakehead fish extract at a dose of 0,7 gr/kgBB, group 2 was 1,5 gr/kgBB, and group 3 was given a dose of 2.25 gr/kgBB. Data analysis was performed using the Saphiro-Wilk test for normality. Based on the measurement of wound length on day 7 of the wound epithelialization process, the p-value of the Kruskal-Wallis test, which can be seen in the first table, is 0.034. Because the p-value <0.05, it can be concluded that the dose has an effect on the assessment of wound contraction.

Abstrak. Luka merupakan gangguan seluler yang disebabkan pertukaran dengan energi lingkungan yang melebihi ketahanan tubuh yang disertai dengan adanya kematian sel karena iskemia ataupun reperfusi. Dibeberapa daerah di Indonesia ikan gabus seringkali dikonsumsi ketika terjadi luka dan pada ibu paska melahirkan.  Daging ikan gabus memiliki kandungan albumin pada fase airnya dan asam lemak omega-3 dan omega-6 pada fase minyaknya. Pada daging ikan gabus mengandung protein sampai 25,1% dan 6,224% dari protein tersebut adalah albumin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek ekstrak daging ikan gabus terhadap penyembuhan luka insisi pada mencit. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan menggunakan mencit sebagai hewan coba yang dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok. Kelompok 1 sebagai kontrol, kelompok 2 diberikan ekstrak ikan gabus dengan dosis 0,7 gr/kgBB, kelompok 2 1,5 gr/kgBB, dan kelompok 3 dengan dosis 2.25 gr/kgBB. Analisis data dilakukan uji normalitas data dengan Saphiro-Wilk test. Berdasarkan pengukuran panjang luka pada hari ke 7 proses epitelisasi luka Nilai p-value uji Kruskal-Wallis, dapat dilihat pada tabel pertama, adalah 0.034. Karena  p-value < 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dosis berpengaruh terhadap penilaian konstraksi luka.
